Karnataka: The police have discovered the largest drug network in the history of Mangalore, worth Rs 6 crore. MDMA drugs worth more than six kg have been seized.
Similarly, the Mangalore CCB police conducted an operation in Bangalore and arrested a Nigerian national.
Police Commissioner Anupam Agarwal, who gave information in this regard, said, ‘This is a case of uncovering the biggest drug racket in the history of Mangalore Commissionerate. A total of 6 kg of MDM drug worth 6 crores was seized.
A week ago, Haider Ali was arrested and 15 grams of MDM was seized. He said that the information was available when he was taken into custody and investigated. Similarly, when a bank investigated in detail, it came to light that a Nigerian citizen was involved. Following his trail, he went to Bangalore and was taken into custody by the CCB police. Anupam Aggarwal said that this is the best operation of CCB police.
He was throwing away drugs like garbage!
During the operation, police officials seized 35 debit cards, 10 bank pass books, 17 active SIM cards. Also, all documents including the passport of the detainee have been seized. He used to supply drugs to many parts of the state through small packets.
In the city, he used to throw packets of biscuits, gutka and chips at the garbage dump, then take a photo of it to the peddlers and send the information to the supplier. After that, it is said that he used to take it from there and supply it to the customers.

Arrested in Bengaluru
Haider Yane Haider Ali (51), who was selling drugs to the public at a lodge near Pumpwell under Mangalore East Police Station, was arrested recently and 15 grams of MDMA worth 75,000 was seized from him. The further investigation of this case was handed over to Mangalore CCB unit. In this case, the Mangalore CCB police had launched an operation to trace the drug peddlers who were supplying the drug.
During this investigation, when the accused Hyder Yane gathered information about other drug peddlers who were selling drugs to Hyder Ali, it was learned that the main accused is a foreign national of Nigeria residing in Bangalore. Accordingly, Swami Vivekananda of Dommasandra village in Bengaluru city raided a rented house in the city and arrested a Nigerian national who was in possession of narcotics.
