Bengaluru: Challenging star Darshan and Pavithra Gowda have been arrested in the preliminary investigation into the murder of Chitradurga native Renuka Swamy. Darshan and his friends abducted 33-year-old Renuka Swamy and brought him to a shed belonging to Jayanna in Kamakshipalya, Bengaluru.
Murdered Renukaswamy was Darshan Fan: Another sad fact here is that Chitradurga native Renukaswamy is a true fan of actor Darshan. Renukaswamy was a resident of Chitradurga and lived in the city’s Lakshmivenkateswara barangay. Apollo was working in a medical shop. The murdered Renuka Swamy is the son of retired BESCOM employee Shivanagowda-Ratnaprabha. He was also a fan of Darshan.
Vijayalakshmi and Darshan were angry about Pavitra who came in the middle of marriage. So he sent obscene messages to Pavitra. Enraged by this, Pavitra Gowda and actor Darshan called him and arranged for a meeting.
Married a year ago, wife 3 months pregnant: Renuka Swami, who was killed by posting and sending messages on social media in the midst of another’s personal life, got married on June 28 last year and was about to celebrate its first anniversary in a few days. Besides, Renukaswamy’s wife is now three months pregnant. The wife and Renukaswamy’s parents are deeply saddened by the loss of their husband.
Renuka Swamy was also identified in Bajrang Dal. 3 years ago Bajrang Dal Suraksha was prominent. Renuka Swamy used to comment obscenely on social media on the photos of actress Pavitra Gowda, who is dear to actor Darshan. Moreover, it is said that he was sending bad messages.
Thus Renuka Swami was called from Chitradurga to Bangalore. Preliminary investigationrevealed that on the night of 8th, he was brought to a shed in Bangalore, beaten to death with a force weapon, and the dead body was thrown into a cesspool. On the 9th, seeing stray dogs dragging the dead body in the culvert, a security guard of the nearby apartment informed the police.
When the police found the dead body, the investigation started. In this case, the three first came to the police station and said that they committed the murder themselves and that they committed the murder for financial reasons. But the police have doubts about this. After going deeper into the investigation and interrogating them, the two murder accused were arrested. During his interrogation, the reason behind the incident came to light.
It has been alleged that Darshan was in constant contact with the two accused who committed the murder. It is also said that the accused also mentioned Darshan’s name during the confession. Thus, it is said that actor Darshan and nine others have been arrested in connection with the case. The case took place under Kamakshi Palya police station.
